Do you love chocolate? Then come out to the Chicagoland Holiday Chocolate Show Nov. 4-5 at Crowne Plaza Chicago — Northbrook and Nov. 11 at the Stephen M. Bailey Auditorium at Plumbers Hall.
Designed for chocolate lovers, this delectable event will feature tempting tastings from more than 40 artisans, a benefit wine and spirits tasting, artisanal food exhibits and demonstrations, and much more! Attendees will get to taste, purchase, learn about, celebrate and otherwise indulge in delicious chocolates and artisanal foods.
By buying tickets, you will be helping to support Holiday Heroes, an organization that partners with hospitals, businesses and other supporters to bring parties and celebrations to hospitalized children. Holiday Heroes will receive a donation from each ticket sale, plus net proceeds from the benefit wine and spirits tasting and gift basket raffle (not included in admission).

The Mission of Holiday Heroes
Being in the hospital is scary. When Holiday Heroes comes in with a party and a few hours of fun, it helps “take a child’s mind away from the pain, anxiety and stresses of being hospitalized, encouraging healthy social development and better recovery from illness,” Holiday Heroes says.
The organization has partnered with 12 hospitals in the Chicago area, including La Rabida Children’s Hospital, Comer’s Children’s Hospital, Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn and Park Ridge, and Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
Grant Thornton, Grubhub, Wintrust, and Holland & Knight are just some of the other 2017 Holiday Heroes sponsors. Holiday Heroes is also an Official Charity Partner with the NFL Alumni Association and one of the Kane County Cougars‘ charitable partners for 2017. With the help of these and many other supporters, Holiday Heroes in giving hospitalized children the gift of fun.
