SPYRL™, Chicago’s newest GYROTONIC® studio, is offering a special Pre-Training course for anyone interested in becoming a certified Gyrotonic trainer. The six-day Pre-Training course, taught by certified Gyrotonic instructor, Amy Pena, will take place from August 18-20 and August 25-27 at the Downtown Highland Park studio, 1781 Green Bay Road, Highland Park.
Pre-Training is the first step in becoming a certified instructor. It is done in a group setting to learn the basic exercises to prepare prospective teachers for the subsequent Foundation Training session course, and interested participants should have some experience in Gyrotonic.
