CRM and Data Manager Job Summary

$25/hr – Contract, Remote, 5-10 hours per week

We are looking for an organized, responsible clerical data entry  to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Organizational skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate new submitted content in Wufoo and Google forms for correctness and save to appropriate Google Drive locations for editorial staff

Change status of content submissions within Magazine Manager

Perform data cleanup on contact and company information within Magazine Manager

Check production email for additional editorial content to be managed within Google Drive and Magazine Manager.

Requirements and Skills

Must understand how to create pdfs from web-based emails.

Must be proficient in understanding Google Workspace, URLs of drive locations and being able to create, move, add, delete files from Google drive.

Basic understanding of how a CRM system works.

Magazine Manager, Salesforce, Hubspot experience a plus.
